These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the J&A Skin Woking ("J&A", "we", "us" or "our") website and your booking and use of any treatments, services or products provided by our clinic at 123 Commercial Way, Woking, Surrey GU21 6ET. By booking an appointment, using our website, or visiting our clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
J&A Skin Woking provides medical-grade skincare treatments, lash services, aesthetic procedures and blood testing services, delivered by qualified and insured practitioners. Some treatments may only be carried out by appropriately qualified clinicians in line with UK regulatory requirements.
Appointments can be booked online via our booking system, by phone, or by message through our contact form. By booking an appointment, you confirm that the information you provide — including contact and health details — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Certain treatments require a complimentary consultation before any procedure can be carried out, to confirm suitability and discuss your goals, risks and aftercare. We reserve the right to decline or postpone a treatment where we consider it is not in your best interests to proceed.
We understand that plans can change, and ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
We will always try to be flexible where genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances arise — please get in touch as soon as possible if this applies to you.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within your remaining appointment time. In some cases, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the full price may still apply.
For your safety, certain treatments require a consultation, medical history review, and/or patch test before they can be carried out. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and previous reactions to treatments.
If a required patch test is not completed within the recommended timeframe, or if you fail to disclose relevant information, we may need to decline or delay your treatment for your own safety.
All treatments carry some degree of risk, which will be explained to you during your consultation. While we take great care to deliver safe and effective treatments, we cannot guarantee specific results, as these can vary from person to person depending on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle and how well aftercare advice is followed.
You agree to follow any aftercare instructions provided to you, both verbally and in writing. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect your results and, in some cases, increase the risk of complications.
Most of our treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over. Where a treatment is suitable for a younger person, this will only be carried out with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also be present at the appointment, in line with our professional guidelines.
Prices for our treatments are shown on our website and are correct at the time of publishing, but may be updated from time to time. The price applicable to your treatment will be confirmed at the time of booking or during your consultation.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods displayed in clinic. Any deposit paid to secure a booking forms part of the total treatment cost.
As our services are provided in person and tailored to you individually, we do not generally offer refunds once a treatment has been carried out. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss how best to resolve this — including, where appropriate, a review appointment or corrective treatment.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Gift vouchers and promotional offers are subject to any expiry dates and conditions stated at the time of purchase or issue, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional offers cannot usually be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
We want every visit to be a calm and positive experience for all our clients and team. We reserve the right to refuse treatment, or to end an appointment early, in cases of abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other clients. In such cases, the full cost of the booked treatment may still apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, or from any treatment carried out in line with the information and consent you have provided to us.
Any personal information you provide to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
